Discovery Land Company seeks an Assistant Golf Professional at Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club in Fajardo, PR. You will support the Director of Golf, supervise daily golf operations, and help run lessons, clinics, and events for members and guests.

The role emphasizes superior service, accurate POS handling, and coordination with golf staff. PGA/APGM pursuit and resort experience are valued.

Qualifications

• PGA/LPGA membership preferred or actively pursuing PGA PGM.
• Experience at luxury private golf facilities or resorts.
• Strong teaching, playing, tournament admin and retail skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations in a professional, efficient manner.
• Manage designated zone and golf shop operations.
• Plan and conduct group lessons, clinics, and events.
• Collaborate with Director of Golf and staff to exceed member expectations.
• Assist with tournament operations and MGA handicap coordination.
