Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, is seeking a PART-TIME Member Services Coordinator to join the Member Services Department. The role is the initial contact for members and guests, coordinating greetings, reservations, itineraries, and club communications to ensure exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or similar background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, communications/marketing, or public relations preferred.
• At least 6 months of hospitality, customer service, and telephone experience.
• Outgoing & well-spoken personality; ability to interact clearly with members and guests.
• Responsible, dependable, outgoing and friendly; patient and courteous with members/guests and coworkers.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Email; willingness to learn new club programs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure and greet them by name.
• Create and maintain member profiles and preferences.
• Coordinate itineraries, transportation, reservations, and activities for members and guests.
• Maintain list of trusted local vendors and services for members/guests.
• Answer club phones and transfer calls as needed.
• Generate reports related to departments and a 10-day forecast of visits.
• Prepare written communication materials, calendars, and staff bios.
• Assist in planning and promoting club events.
• Collaborate with Sales to create exceptional experiences for prospects.
• Support photography and publicity efforts with the PR team.
• Assist in the golf retail shop as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
