Job summary

Dutchman''s Pipe Club in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Golf Operations Manager and Caddie Master to lead outside services, caddie program, and daily golf operations. You will oversee valet, practice facilities, cart staging, starter services and staffing, ensuring extraordinary member experiences.

The role requires PGA membership or active pursuit, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current PGA of America member or actively pursuing PGA status.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules for all outside operations personnel.
• Train, develop, and provide ongoing direction to the caddie and golf operations teams.
• Coordinate daily caddie assignments based on player needs and availability.
• Be available to assign and coordinate caddies after normal operating hours when necessary.
• Introduce caddies to members and guests and ensure they are prepared before each round.
• Build and maintain a roster of local and on-call caddies and recruit new staff as needed.
