Manasquan River Golf Club is seeking a Director of Outside Operations to lead the caddie yard and optimize the member and guest experience. The role involves overseeing over 100 caddies, providing training, and ensuring top-tier service from the Outside Operations team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with private golf clubs and a proven ability to manage staff and coordinate schedules to support a premium member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a high-end private golf club is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Caddie Yard of over 100 Caddies.
• Train new Caddies.
• Receive feedback from Members on Caddies.
• Help MRGC Management Team create the best possible experience for all members and guests.
• Manage staff scheduling for all Outside Operations staff.
