The ideal candidate has 3+ years in equipment management at a golf operation, with solid diesel/gas engine repair skills and experience with Toro/Jacobsen turf gear.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Equipment Manager or lead technician at a golf course operation.
• Strong diesel and gasoline engine repair skills.
• Experience with Toro, Jacobsen or comparable turf equipment.
• Familiarity with GPS-guided cutting systems a plus.
• Reel grinding experience required.
• Professional, team-oriented shop management approach.

Responsibilities

• Full fleet maintenance and repair of mowers, utility vehicles, irrigation equipment and related gear.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain detailed service records and equipment logs.
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on equipment needs and course prep.
• Oversee and mentor shop staff where applicable.
