Grand Haven Golf Club is owned and operated by Escalante Golf, a privately held, for-profit golf company with a portfolio of 27 world-class clubs across 18 states.

The Opportunity

The General Manager serves as the Club's Chief Operating Officer and strategic leader, responsible for the overall success of Grand Haven Golf Club. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the General Manager will provide leadership across all aspects of club operations, including member experience, financial performance, team development, facilities, and long-term strategic planning.

This is a highly visible and influential leadership position. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing strategic initiatives, leading a talented management team, engaging with members, and being present throughout the Club and community.

Essential Responsibilities

A Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation or PGA of America membership is preferred, along with significant experience leading a private golf or country club.
