Job summary

Redd Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to be the operational and cultural heart of the club in Houston. This role owns the member experience end-to-end and leads a full team across all service areas.

The GM reports to the founder and collaborates with the F&B Director, Head Chef, and Membership Manager to elevate standards, culture, and reputation. You will drive top-line member engagement, oversee daily operations, and build a team environment where exceptional people want to stay.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in premium hospitality, private members clubs, or luxury hotel management.
• Demonstrated experience managing a full-service food and beverage operation.
• Experience opening or significantly relaunching a hospitality venue strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the private club or membership model — understanding what makes members stay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member experience from arrival to departure across all touchpoints.
• Lead daily operations across front desk, floor, bar, dining, events, and valet.
• Shape culture, hire and develop the front-of-house team, and coach performance.
• Partner with founder, F&B Director, Head Chef, and Membership Manager on strategy.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships while reporting performance.
