Retro Fitness Houston is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume club and lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations. You will own results, drive membership growth, and set the tone for member experience from the moment they walk in.

This role rewards ownership with clear upside and opportunities to advance within the Houston market, supported by competitive pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Lead a fast-paced gym with multiple departments and performance targets.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and correct in the moment.
• Proven experience driving sales and retention in fitness/retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, and Cleaning.
• Own membership growth, personal training revenue and retention.
• Build and hold accountable a high performing team.
• Reinforce Retro Fitness standards through daily example.
• Be visible on the floor coaching staff and engaging members.
• Resolve member issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing coverage.
• Track key metrics and manage the club to budget.
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on strategy and results.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays except Christmas.
