Job summary

The Club at ArrowCreek, located in Reno, NV, is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences. This role reports within Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management, with compensation in the $60,000–$80,000 range depending on experience.

Responsibilities include front-of-house leadership, staffing, beverage program development, and coordination with the Executive Chef and directors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience managing high‑volume dining, preferably in a private club or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure venues are staffed, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Engage members and guests, address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff per Club standards.
• Manage staffing, labor, and expenses relative to the annual budget.
• Oversee beverage program, inventory, pricing, and events in coordination with leadership.
