Job summary

The Club at ArrowCreek in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Assistant Golf Professional to join our private 36-hole operation. This working manager role involves daily Golf Shop duties, member service, tournament support, and staff leadership across two courses.

You will coordinate with departments, manage tee sheets, lessons, and golf-performance activities, while upholding pace of play and club policies. PGA progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• PGA of America member or active PGA Associate in good standing.
• 3+ years in golf operations; private-club experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Willingness to supervise staff and lead shifts.
• Comfortable with technology and golf-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Golf Shop operations, member service, and tee sheets.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash control, and reservations.
• Direct staff coverage based on play, tournaments, and events.
• Coordinate with departments (Guest Services, F&B, Accounting, Membership).
• Support tournaments, junior programs, lessons, and golf instruction.
