Grasslands Club is seeking a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our vibrant team in Gallatin, Tennessee. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team, curate unforgettable dining experiences, and forge lasting connections with our valued members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, delegating responsibilities and building morale.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, performance management, and staff training.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality food and beverage options.
- Enforce food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest concerns, turning complaints into positive outcomes, and anticipating guest needs.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to support profitability.
- Ideas and execute innovative events and special promotions, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Use technology such as POS systems and scheduling software to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
