Job summary

Grasslands Club in Tennessee seeks a service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead one of the state’s premier private-club dining operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership in a private club or luxury hospitality environment.
• Alcohol certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management a plus.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor service, coaching employees and maintaining standards.
• Plan for daily service, private events, and member functions.
• Manage reservations, staffing, and labor cost controls.
• Oversee beverage operations and inventory, ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Events teams for seamless service.
