Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA seeks a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to Members and guests across the clubhouse and events. You will craft cocktails, manage wine and beer service, and support satellite bars during private dinners and club functions.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments while upholding the Club's quiet country English Manor traditions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering beverage service to Members and guests.
• Ability to coordinate beverage service for private events and dining.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill beverage orders from Members and their guests throughout the clubhouse and surrounding properties.
• Follow club standards for beverage service including cocktails, beer, wine, and snacks.
• Setup and breakdown satellite bars for private dinner and club events.
• Perform Bellhop duties: receive Members and guests' luggage and deliver to overnight rooms or to an overnight house.
• Store Members and guests' luggage in the Valet Room in an organized manner.
• Park Members and guests' vehicles when necessary.
• Follow department standards for opening and closing.
• Perform daily side-work such as polishing glassware, wine buckets, and luggage carts.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Restock bar areas with appropriate product and supplies.
