Job summary

Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA is seeking a Valet to provide seamless arrival and departure experiences for Members and guests. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with doors and luggage, and maintain a welcoming entrance reflecting the Club’s standard.

The role requires courteous service, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and reliable attendance. Pre-employment screening applies and the Club emphasizes equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal and Member service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow guidance and direction from management effectively, efficiently, and appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests promptly with a service-first approach.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist with opening doors, unloading personal items, and providing directional assistance.
• Maintain organization and flow of the valet drive for a smooth arrival and departure.
• Monitor vehicle traffic to ensure safety and efficiency at all times.
• Provide general Club information and coordinate with other departments to support Member needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the valet area and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with light porter duties (luggage, packages, etc.).
• Observe and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
• Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of vehicle keys at all times.
• Protect Member and guest property and belongings.
• Support special events and high-volume periods with organized service.
• Respect the Club’s customs and traditions as a quiet country English Manor.
• Other related assignments as necessary.
• Maintain regular attendance.
