Job summary

Capital City Club in Downtown Atlanta is seeking full-time bartenders to deliver premium beverage service to members and guests in a non-tipping, guaranteed-wage environment.

The role requires at least two years of bartending experience, availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and strong communication and teamwork. Enjoy on-site meals, parking, uniforms, and opportunities to obtain TIPs certification at no cost.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience required.
• Experience in private clubs is a plus.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar daily and maintain organization and cleanliness; prepare mise en place before opening.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and according to recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Practice beverage and revenue control procedures and support other team members to exceed member expectations.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and complete daily checklists.
• Assist teammates to deliver personalized service.
