Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will maintain beverage control, accurately pour and serve drinks, and ensure the bar runs smoothly while upholding club standards.

You will greet members warmly, know the menu, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting. The role requires previous F&B experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar as outlined in F&B training.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Know members’ names, greet them promptly, and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally and notify management for recovery.
• Prepare bar area before service and maintain full stock.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, with regular sanitizing.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, features, and specials.
• Ensure liquor items are stocked and poured responsibly.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
