Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, pour accurately, and provide exceptional service at our private clubs. You will keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service while delivering a warm, personalized experience to members and guests.

You will work with a dynamic F&B team, greet members by name, and ensure orders are executed promptly. Experience in F&B and an alcohol-safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working indoors and in occasional outdoor environments.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge.
• Ability to open a bottle of wine with proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service per the F&B training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages at the bar.
• Greet members by name and provide a personalized experience.
• Accurately execute orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally.
• Prepare the bar area for service and ensure stock and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and sanitize regularly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to club standards.
• Know the full menu, features, and daily specials.
• Maintain knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines.
• Support teammates and uphold the 3-steps of service.
