Responsibilities

• Support Advisors book of business including account openings, money movements and investment trades
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests and referrals
• Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, preparing performance reports
• Engage in risk management; Know Your Customer procedures, Account reviews and inquiries
• Support compliance and regulatory procedures and required forms
• Prioritize daily work and meet deadlines
• Maintain and foster team culture
