Job summary

Withum PC in Columbia, MD or Tysons Corner, VA seeks a Private Client Services Tax Manager. You will lead tax engagements, supervise staff, review returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations, and build strong clientrelationships across industries.

You'll research complex tax matters, identify planning opportunities, mentor colleagues, and contribute to client service excellence in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting with CPA licensure; JD or MS in Taxation preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in public accounting tax with leading multiple engagements.
• Strong analytical, client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations.
• Research and draft memos on complex tax matters.
• Identify planning opportunities and help implement them.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple engagements to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide service excellence.
