Madison-Davis, LLC, a leading public accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Tax Manager for its Private Client Services team serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts and estates. You will provide tax compliance, planning and advisory services while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, deep knowledge of fiduciary, gift, estate and partnership taxation, and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, and estates.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Review complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, gifts, partnerships.
• Provide personalized tax planning and advisory services.
• Mentor junior tax professionals and supervise staff.
• Stay current on tax law changes and regulatory developments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Communicate tax concepts clearly to clients.
