Douglas Scott Ltd is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ PQE for an established Devon team. You can be a solicitor or a qualified legal executive and will handle your own caseload with support from partners.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home), a generous package including a 15% bonus after targets, pension, life cover and 25 days holiday. Relocation considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE in private client law.
• Experience across Wills, Estates and LPA.
• Experience with Elderly Care & Court of Protection and Disputed Estates.

Responsibilities

• Manage own private client caseload with minimal supervision.
• Develop expertise across Wills, Estates, LPA and Court of Protection.
• Provide client advisory and estate administration support.
• Adapt hours to hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 at home).

Private Client Solicitor, Devon

I have an opportunity within Private Client Law which has arisen through natural growth and would suit someone at 2+ PQE to complement the team structure. You could be a solicitor or a qualified legal executive.

This mid-size law firm offers a generous package based including including a bonus scheme of 15% of everything invoiced after target has been reached and a clear career path. In addition there is pension scheme, life insurance and 25 days holiday. There is ample parking and the firm have various social days and are known for the lunchtime exercise classes !

The partners are excellent at supporting their staff members however this is a position that would suit someone who is able to handle their own caseload without supervision.

Hybrid working is available - 3 days in the office and 2 at home and typical hours are 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 but flexibility can be arranged for appointments, school run etc, for example 9 to 5 can become 9.15 to 5.15.

You could have trained and gained experience at any level of firm.
