Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of financial services experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with MS Office. The position offers growth opportunities within a private client division and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66) desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal software; strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Service clients and support Advisors; answer day-to-day questions.
• Learn forms and account procedures to assist clients effectively.
• Produce analytical reports; support marketing and client events.
• Prioritize work, schedule appointments, and manage communications.
• Interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
