Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of financial services preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Service clients and assist advisors; manage scheduling and meetings.
• Develop knowledge of account procedures and internal forms.
• Produce quality analytical reports using software tools.
• Support marketing efforts and coordinate client events.
• Prioritize daily work, track deadlines, answer phones, and take messages.
