Job summary

The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate business needs, handle multiple tasks, and interact professionally with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Demonstrates ability to interface with multiple levels of staff and clients with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn internal software.

Responsibilities

• Service clients and advisors, handling day-to-day inquiries and requests.
• Assist with scheduling, marketing, and client events, maintaining calendars and records.
• Prepare analytical reports using various software tools.
• Support marketing efforts and enhance advisor relationships with timely responses.
