Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Private Client Services Client Manager in Carrollton, GA. You will oversee insurance document processing, invoicing, endorsements, client communications, and account reconciliations while supporting new business and marketing activities.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 4+ years of insurance experience, and a Property & Casualty license. Expect collaboration with carriers, clients, and internal teams in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of insurance experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven customer service and relations.
• Able to research and analyze problems independently.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasked and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook.
• Able to self-check for accuracy.
• Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System.
• Must have Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute steps in processing insurance documents (evidence of property, binders, IDs) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review invoices; maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Review and process policy endorsements; document changes and communicate with clients and carriers.
• Assist clients and internal teams with applications; verify information and underwriting compliance.
• Maintain organized electronic files for all client policies, correspondence, and documentation.
• Perform account rounding to balance commissions across accounts.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding coverage options and changes.
• Support new business acquisition by assisting with quotes, client communication, and documentation.
• Manage marketing process for existing and prospective clients; develop materials and secure quotes.
• Monitor aged receivables; implement collection strategies and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain professional verbal and written communication with clients, carriers, mortgage companies.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and team assistance.
