Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Business Insurance Account Associate in the Atlanta area. The role involves supporting the account team with client service deliverables, data entry, and documentation generation across new business and renewals.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities. This position requires commuting to the Atlanta office at least three days a week and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–12 months of prior experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.
• Developing active listening, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn under guidance.
• Basic prioritization and organizational skills.
• No direct carrier interaction but understanding of carrier relationships.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client service deliverables aligned with tasks.
• Provide support for New Business, Renewal and general service activities.
• ProcessAMS data entry, file loss runs and order various reports.
• Generate certificate holder lists and issue IDs as needed.
• Support account team members during high-volume periods.
