Gallagher is seeking a Private Client Producer to partner with clients in shaping tailored insurance solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and provide proactive service to protect what matters most.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to expand our private client book, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional client outcomes. A licensing and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year related experience with appropriate licensing
• Preferred professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM
• Act independently with minimal direction; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop centers of influence

How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you’ll connect with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide customized solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Working closely with your team, you’ll develop strategies to grow our client base and retain long-term relationships. You’ll also mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to help them succeed. Every day, you’ll contribute to reducing risks and protecting what matters most to our clients.

• A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.

• Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
