Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional service to affluent clients, manage full banking relationships, and drive growth through referrals and proactive engagement.

The role requires strong relationship-building, sales experience, and compliance with banking regulations; licensed candidates will be prioritized, with licensing progress supported by the firm. Branch hours include weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed expectations—deliver attentive, friendly service and promote Chase Private Client to eligible clients.
Actively manage assigned clients’ banking relationships with an advice-based approach to recommend suitable products and services.
Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs, build trust, and tailor solutions.
Educate clients about technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime, anywhere.
Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements to consult with clients and coordinate with specialists as needed.
