Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Private Client Banker in our branch network to deliver personalized banking solutions to affluent clients. You will manage client relationships end-to-end, solicit referrals, and stay compliant with banking regulations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, relevant licenses, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. You will leverage Chase’s digital tools to enhance client experience and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a relationship-based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year branch banking or financial services sales experience with new client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service; promote Chase Private Client.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to products/services.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients’ needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
