As the Private Client Manager, you'll be the maestro behind our Prestige products and Rarities, delivering excellent service. Reporting to the Private Client Director, you'll plan and implement strategies to grow relationships and seize new opportunities. Your role involves engaging clients with high-end offers, personalized services, and unforgettable experiences.

Job responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales & Business Development

  • Collaborate with the Private Client Director to plan and implement strategies to increase business and find new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI clients and cultivating key relationships.

Sales management

  • Manage all aspects of commercial relationships, from prospecting to invoicing, sales, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.

CRM

  • Provide accurate updates to the MH CRM database, follow compliance guidelines, and ensure clients sign PDPA with Moët Hennessy.

Brand Experiences and Activations

  • Work with the team to create tailored client experiences, drive sales through campaigns, and establish partnerships with luxury brands.

Profile

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Professional Experience:

  • 7+ years luxury sales experience, including marketing and brand management.
  • Existing network within the U.S. (U)HNWI market.

Practical/Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience in a similar role leading DTC sales with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Own network/book of business.
  • Strong social and networking skills in the local community.
  • Proven ability to sell luxury products and close deals.
  • Client-focused, with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Collaborative team player with integrity and social sustainability focus.
