Bravado represents a privately-held home health SaaS company that uses A.I. to drastically reduce the time clinicians spend entering required patient data – often from 2 hours to 15 minutes per patient.

This 10-employee, Seed-funded firm, which was built by industry leaders from both healthcare and artificial intelligence, is seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to manage 15 to 20 of our home health agency clients. You will report to the COO and work from their San Francisco office at least 3 days a week.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from their San Francisco office.

* $80k to $120k base, commensurate with previous achievement. $100k to $140k OTE. Flexible time-off policy; platinum health, dental, and vision insurance; company equity.

* We’re seeking a top-performing Mid-Market CSM who has 3 to 5 years of experience onboarding, training, retaining, and growing accounts in a B2B SaaS setting.

* Experience selling into any branch of the healthcare ecosystem is strongly preferred. Healthcare AI, AI scribes, RCM, telehealth, and/or EHR experience will move you to the front of the line.

* You will interact with the CEO, CFO, COO, and other operations roles at these agencies.

* You have been a Founding CSM, or an early CSM at a small startup, and can help us build the playbook.

* All of our deals start with short paid trials, and your primary responsibility will be to help convert those trials into annual paid agreements.

We are seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager to help us foster strong relationships and drive growth, not only within our existing customer base but also with future clients as we continue to expand. What You’ll Do

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective home health customers, serving as their trusted advisor to drive mutual success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Retention & Growth: Monitor customer health to drive renewals and prevent churn while identifying upselling opportunities to maximize platform value and ROI.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead comprehensive onboarding for new customers, providing tailored training to clinicians and management to ensure smooth platform adoption.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Act as primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring quick resolution while proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing actionable feedback to product, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • SaaS or Health Tech Experience – You’ve worked with B2B SaaS platforms or within the healthcare ecosystem (home health, elder care, or EMR systems preferred).
  • Strong Communicator – You can explain technical topics in a way that’s digestible to both clinicians and execs, and you’re comfortable managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive Problem Solver – You don’t just react—you anticipate. You look for patterns, spot red flags early, and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple customer relationships, onboarding timelines, and support cases without dropping the ball.
  • Startup Mentality – You’re energized by ambiguity, excited to build processes from scratch, and motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
