Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase Wealth Management is seeking a Private Client Investment Associate to provide client service, operational support and administrative assistance to Private Client Advisors.

You will help with account openings, money movement, investment trades and client communications. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing performance reports, supporting risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures while coordinating with advisors to deepen

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required or must be obtained within 60 days.
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018, must have a valid SIE exam.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service, operational marketing and administrative support to Private Client Advisors within Wealth Management.
• Support Advisors book of business with account openings, money movement and investment trades.
• Assist in managing client relationships, referral source management and wealth planning support.
• Engage in risk management including KYC procedures and account reviews.
• Support procedures and compliance requirements and assist with documentation.
