Toyota Insurance, a TIMS brand, is seeking a Private Client Account Manager in Plano, TX to sustain and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients. You will handle renewals, present quotes, and respond to inquiries while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with carrier quotes, endorsements, and billing in a compliant, client-centric manner, enabling strong relationships and policy retention. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance, account management, or client service experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of personal insurance clients, providing responsive and professional customer service.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by addressing policy questions, service requests, and coverage inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, coverage comparisons, policy summaries, and other client-facing insurance documents.
• Assist clients with claim-related inquiries and support a positive client experience.
• Manage policy lifecycle activities including renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to address coverage gaps and grow portfolio revenue.
• Conduct initial compliance reviews of client policies to identify regulatory issues and escalate concerns.
