Whorton Insurance Services is seeking a Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager for a full-time hybrid role in Austin, Texas. In this position, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, knowledge of personal insurance, and a Property & Casualty License. Flexible work from home options are available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to maintain and grow strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of Personal Insurance products to effectively manage diverse client requirements.
• Understanding of general Insurance principles and practices to guide clients through policy-related inquiries and decisions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality service to clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Insurance certification or licensing (e.g., Property & Casualty License) is required.
• Previous experience in private client services or high-net-worth accounts is preferred.
• Proficient with Vertafore/AMS360.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-value personal lines clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively manage insurance needs.
• Service and grow our Private Client book of business through policy reviews, renewals, and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate with carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
