NFP, an Aon company, provides risk, retirement and wealth solutions with a people-first approach. This P&C Private Client Group serves affluent clients across the United States and Canada, with headquarters in New York City and offices nationwide.

The Account Manager will service client accounts, manage renewals, prepare materials for presentations, and collaborate with Advisors, Client Executives and Account Executives, often working with independence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines client service experience within an insurance brokerage or independent agency
• Experience with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with carrier and client contacts; actively participate in meetings
• Prepare and send RFPs to carriers and summarize results; draft renewal presentations
• Review proposals and carrier source documents in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive
• Create and maintain client documents; keep policy records in the agency management system
• Utilize agency management system, rating system, and carrier websites
• Answer billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel
