Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and technology to a select group of affluent clients while managing their complete banking relationship.

You will grow client balances through referrals, provide proactive service, and educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Weekend/evening hours may be required; compliance with risk parameters is essential.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-focused approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required; licenses are mandatory within 180 days of hire.

• Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to recommend products and services.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.

• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
