Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to represent its brand in a welcoming manner, delivering tailored banking solutions to affluent clients and managing their complete banking relationship across the company.

You will cultivate new client growth, solicit referrals, and educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while maintaining strict risk and regulatory standards. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication skills with clients.
• Ability to adhere to risk and compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses, or ability to obtain within 180 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Actively manage clients' banking relationships and cross-sell suitable products.
• Educate clients on Chase technology platforms and digital tools.
• Build trust through consultative, proactive conversations and referrals.
