Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent sales experience with revenue generation.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products to clients with different needs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients' banking relationships using an advice-based approach.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
