Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to deliver hospitality-driven, relationship-based banking to affluent clients in our branch network. You will guide clients through the latest products and digital tools, building trusted relationships and growing balances.

You will manage complex banking needs, coordinate with experts, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional client experience across in-branch and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as mobile app and online banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult clients and connect them to experts.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
