Job summary

Chase is hiring a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and manage their banking relationships. You will drive growth by providing education and tailored advice while soliciting referrals and supporting cross‑line collaboration.

Responsibilities include advising clients, partnering with specialists, expanding self‑service options, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven success using a relationship‑driven approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking with financial services experience and revenue growth.
• SIE/Series 6/7 and state registrations or completion within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote Chase Private Client value to eligible clients.
• Manage client relationships with an advice‑based approach to match products to needs.
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts.
• Enable convenient access via self-service options 24/7.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
