Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in your local branch is seeking a client-focused banker to serve affluent clients and a broader customer base. You will maintain and grow banking relationships, advise on products, and coordinate with specialists to meet financial needs.

This role requires a proactive, education-focused service mindset, weekend/evening hours, and strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in branch banking or financial services with proven client growth.
• Compliant with Dodd-Frank/TILA requirements and regulatory banking rules.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients as well as other customers in the Branch
• Manage clients’ complete banking relationship across the company with a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances
• Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources
• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
• Provide advice-based service to ensure each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Make clients’ lives more convenient by guiding and enabling self-service options for 24/7 account access
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
