Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a leading national financial services firm, is seeking a Private Client Banker in our branch network to manage affluent clients and their banking relationships. This role emphasizes an advice-based approach, referrals, and cross-team collaboration to grow client balances and provide tailored financial solutions.

Success requires securities licensing readiness, regulatory compliance, and weekend/evening availability as part of branch hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses required within 180 days of starting (or as applicable).
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
