Qualifications

• Experience in branch banking and new client acquisition.
• SIE/FINRA licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages clients' banking relationships through an advice-based approach to ensure best products and services.
• Collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists.
• Promotes self-service options to access accounts 24/7 and improve client convenience.
• Adheres to regulatory banking requirements and internal policies.
