You will serve a select group of affluent clients, managing their full banking relationship with a proactive, education-based approach to grow balances and trust. You will collaborate with specialists to connect clients with tailored solutions, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering exceptional service during branch hours, including

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses or must be completed within 180 days of start.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by promoting self-service access 24/7.
