Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York City is seeking a Private Client Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch setting, delivering banking solutions and cutting-edge fintech with hospitality to a select group of affluent clients.

You will manage complete banking relationships, proactively solicit referrals, and grow client balances while collaborating with a team of experts to meet specialized financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent Financial Services sales experience with revenue generation.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations with diverse clients.
• Adherence to risk, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients’ banking relationships using an advice-based approach to recommend products and services.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust and addressing needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient access.
• Learn products, procedures, and collaborate with experts to assist clients with financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
