Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers, managing their full banking relationship with a proactive advisory approach.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
