Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for affluent clients and others in the branch. You will manage the full banking relationship, actively solicit referrals, and work with internal and external sources to grow client balances.

You will partner with Private Client Advisors and Mortgage Bankers to connect clients with specialists for complex financial needs, and promote self-service access to accounts around the clock.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Registration/licensing requirements or ability to complete them within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
