Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients, managing complete banking relationships with a proactive, education-driven approach.

You will solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to grow client balances. The role requires adherence to banking regulations, strong communication, and collaboration with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience with success in acquiring and growing client relationships.
• Regulatory licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA 6/7 and Life licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
