Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Registered Private Client Associate to support Janney Financial Advisors by administering, marketing and growing client relationships in our Ponte Vedra Beach office.

You will help organize productivity campaigns and assist with operational tasks to keep FA teams efficient. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication and team skills, with a High School diploma and preferably an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, plus Series 7/63/65 or 66.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
• Perform operational responsibilities as well.
