Janney is seeking a Private Client Associate to support the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships within the branch. You will work closely with Financial Advisors to enhance business and develop client campaigns. Operational tasks may also be required.

Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork are essential as you help build lasting client trust and productivity across home office departments.

Formación

• High School diploma is required.
• Prior office experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player.
• High ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with Financial Advisors.
